Our client, a leading local law firm, are now seeking a Compliance Monitoring Manager to take responsibility for the development and delivery of the firms compliance monitoring programme. This is a key position within the Risk and Compliance team, although this role does not have any Key Person responsibilities attached to it.
Working closely with the Risk and Compliance Leadership team, it will be your responsibility to ensure that the CMP is developed and executed following a risk based approach. Your responsibilities will include;
- Development and approval of the CMP
- Management of the policies and procedures relating to the CMP
- Oversee the execution of the CMP, along with documenting and testing
- Escalation of issues arising from the CMP
- Analysis of results and the identification of trends
Skills and Qualifications
- People management experience
- Relevant experience in a similar role
- Relevant professional qualification
- Self-starter and able to make decisions
- Excellent communication skills
