Exclusive to CRS, this is a fantastic opportunity to join this entrepreneurial and fast growing financial services business as their Global Head of Compliance, Governance, Risk and Data Protection lead. Reporting to the CEO, you will oversee the global compliance function, with responsibility for around 45 members of staff in various jurisdictions.
Working with Group Legal, you will develop and maintain the regulatory and risk framework, controls, policies and procedures and monitoring. Provide direction, advice and guidance to the relevant compliance teams, senior management and the business.
You will have the opportunity to participate in high level projects, including restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, as well as overseeing compliance reporting in the various jurisdictions and providing support where necessary.
